Q&As

1) WHAT IS VEHICLE LEASING?
Vehicle leasing is another term for renting. In much the same way as you may rent a property, you treat it like your own and rent it for an agreed period, at a fixed price per month throughout the rental period, but never actually own it.

2) WHY LEASE? WHY NOT BUY?
When you purchase a vehicle, you face the problem that every day the vehicle is deprecating, and, over time, problems will start to arise making maintaining an older vehicle quite costly!
By leasing, you will be likely to have a brand new car every 12 months, all cars will be under the manufacturers warranty and comes with 12 months road fund licence.

3) HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery charge is a standard 0.75 pence per mile from our office location in L31 8BX. Free of charge collection is of course an option. We can deliver to your home address or workplace, whichever is more convenient for you!

4) ARE THERE ANY TERMINATION FEES?
All lease contracts are fixed term. This means, if for any reason you decide to hand the vehicle back early, there will be a termination fee. This is usually the equivalent of the rentals for the months remaining on the term, but each circumstance will be looked at individually.

5) WHAT IF I NEED MORE MILEAGE THAN I ORIGINALLY SIGNED UP FOR?
During your term, if you feel you will require more mileage – simply get in touch and we can offer you a quote that can easily be spread across your remaining rental payments. Buying extra mileage prior to returning your vehicle works out a lot cheaper. Any excess mileage that has not been purchased prior to return will be charged at 0.40 pence per mile.

6) WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I RETURN MY CAR?
At the end of your contract your vehicle will undergo a full vehicle inspection under the BVRLA Fair wear and tear guidelines. You will be required to pay for any damage. You will be required to also ensure your vehicle has undergone a service during your term. Sending a vehicle back without a service will be recharged at £400 +VAT.

7) IF MY NEW CAR IS NOT READY FOR DELIVERY WHEN MY CURRENT VEHICLE IS DUE BACK, WHAT DO I DO?
Providing you have placed your new vehicle order within 7-10 working days of your current vehicles return date, you will be able to keep your vehicle until your new one arrives. We like to offer a straightforward no hassle ‘swap over’ to make things as convenient for you as possible!

We lease vehicles nationwide on 12 month fixed term contracts. All vehicles are brand new & flexible mileage caps to suit you.
